Fantastic comfortable stay.

The Snail is a unique place to stay, very modern, clean with well appointed rooms and a short walk to the main bar and restaurant areas, but far enough away so you’re not too close to the busy streets!

The property is amazing. Beautiful inside and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructions they provided for arriving and checking in were very welcome as we came from the US. It's right in old town so there's no shortage of shops and excellent food nearby. However at night as it's a popular area it was a bit noisy at night - nothing that bothered me and nothing the property owners could do anything about, of course. I recommend this property as it's very nice inside with a fantastic location.

Beautiful flat, in an easily walkable area; well appointed, comfortable, good sized and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful with any request. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartments were just off the main area for restaurants and nightlife and although just a few minutes walk, were quiet and well insulated from the noise. The apartment was stunning and well managed and well kept, clean and with everything available. Staff were contactable at all times and checked in to see if we needed anything. All of this made our stay extremely comfortable with the added reassurance that nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend 100%

A great location close to many sights, bars, and resturants. The room was a great size, very clean and staff were attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Ace apartments

Check in was so easy, amazingly clean and so upmarket compared to others locally! Fresh water daily, cleaning service any day we wanted, even Belgian chocs left in the fridge. Would thoroughly recommend

Amazing place to stay. Staff were exemplary. Couldn't do enough for us. When we checked out, we were sent a picture msg re an item of jewellery which had fallen out of my partners bag. Staff informed us they would keep it for 12 mths to collect if wanted. Whilst staying we received numerous messages asking if we needed anything. The room was spotless and up to date. Could not fault it. 1 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend The old town snail. You will not be disappointed.

The apartments were immaculate. All very new and modern. The staff were very attentive and helpful and communicated via WhatsApp. Great location in the Old Town with lots of eating places within a few minutes walk. Would stay again

Our stay at Old Town Snail Design Apartments was quite nice. The apartment has all the amenities, is super clean, safe and was just perfect for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful, and polite and kept constant communication with us throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, walking distance to all Old Town sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. 5 Star Rating!

Perfection! Cannot recommend enough.

Great central location, nice and quiet. Very modern. Spotless and all top quality bedding, towels and amenities! Beatrice was incredible with all the information we'd ever need and very helpful. This place was easily the easiest, cleanest and nicest place I've stayed in any European city. Service was top tier!!

Incredible experience

Located in Old Town. As a customer service specialist, I am very particular about the service I receive. This place goes above and beyond. I needed to go to a Chiro while away, they did all the leg work for me finding a place and time that worked for me. They checked in to see how my stay was going and if I needed anything else. Given a code to check in to my room. It was a seamless experience. One word of warning, it is noisy due to the bars/music however earplugs are provided. If you’re new to Bucharest, they will Organise for a driver to meet you at the airport for 35.00 euro. Yes more expensive than a uber, but super easy. Nespresso machine, awesome Teas, and bathroom extras are provided - molten Brown brand. I loved the place, the design and attention to detail.

Overnight stay in the old town! Hotel messaged asking for best method of contact, sent all information I needed clearly via WhatsApp. Agreed to take in my bags early but when we got there the room was ready anyway so allowed me an early check in. Showed me all controls for lighting and checked the codes we had been given for access all worked correctly. The building is practically brand new, smells fresh and clean and looks spotless. It's very quirky with it's decor (snails) and all furniture is good quality. Room had everything we needed even a little kitchenette, hob, fridge etc. Comfy bed and again amazingly neat clean and modern interior. Checkout lady very helpful once again allowing us to leave out bags for a few hours. Would 100% book this again if ever in the old town. Only small issue was at the time next door was being demolished so they had already contacted us in advance making us aware of this and offered some small compensation. The old town area is a little hit and miss with amazing buildings like this but then a run down building next to it etc. hopefully over time this whole area becomes fully restored/refurbished. Good location also for bus routes to and from airport 8 minutes walk to stop. Good walking location to bars and eaters inside of old town!

Customer service is above and beyond

Wow! Where to start! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They contact you before your stay with everything you need to know on arrival and answer any questions you may have, they then contact you everyday and see how you are getting on , if you need any help , any room service or water etc. I often came back to the apartment with a gift or chocolate waiting for me, they leave a lovely personalised note and a box of chocolates for when you arrive and I received a lovely Easter traditional, hand painted egg on Easter Day, with a note explaining all about the symbolisation. No ask was a big ask, they were always there to help and offer any advice. It is very close to a lot of the main attractions. The room was so lovely and clean also. The only thing I would mention is loud music till early hours due to restaurants and bars in the near vicinity but would still definitely be staying there again , if I visit Bucharest again.

We traveled a lot and this is the most amazing property we’ve ever been - very clean, the owner thought about all the essentials that a traveler would need from ear plugs to sewing kit. Close to affordable tasty restaurants, shopping, car rental places and walking distance to major sites of Bucharest. Old Town Snail Design Apartments is at the center of Old Town, we are night owls and the sounds of the locals & tourists having fun on the streets does not bother us at all. The owner, Beatrice was very accommodating and would respond to any requests we asked via Viber, which is great because she downloaded the app for her staff Georgeta too, so we can reach out to her anytime. We would also like to acknowledge our driver Marian, who picked us up on time upon arrival and dropped us off being mindful of the traffic at the airport due to the air show being held on our date of departure. Marian was our driver for a day trip to Bulgaria and gave us a reasonable price for the 8 hours. Marian also shared a lot about the history of Bucharest & Romania in general. I would definitely recommend Old Town Snail Apartments for my friends and family who would love to visit Bucharest - this property will never fail you.

Excellent location in the old town close to everything. Netflix/Amazon Prime working on the tv. Free fast WiFi in the room. Room was absolutely spotless and has plenty of space, everything modern and clean. Free bottles of water in room which was nice as well. Was given plenty of helpful information about the room and access codes before check in and during our stay. Highly recommend choosing this place to stay.
