The folks at reception were very welcoming

Really great place! The restaurants and bars are fantastic and lovely for a 1-2 days stop. Only the reception team is less than welcoming and won't help you out with the good tips or any kind of assistance. Highly recommend the restaurant Bouillon were the staff and food made us have a fun experience.

A lot of old family run chateau are old and substandard, poor electrics, sparse hot water, weird owners...the Fawlty Towers experience. Not here. The decoration is beautiful, the bathrooms modern, hot water plentiful, breakfast replete with locally sourced produce served with a smile. We stayed a night, could've stayed a week.

Greatly located on top of the hill with a full view on Clermont Ferrand. Nice and relaxing place

Great stay. Good location with plenty of restaurant choices at walking distance. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast (extra fee) is worth it, there were a lot of local products. Don’t waste your money on an Airbnb. This hotel is worth it! Air conditioning as well.

Delicious food with 3 courses for 25 Euros for dinner and exellent service. The WiFi could do with an upgrade at the...

Un bon hotel bien placé avec un personnel accueillant et des chambres propres et spacieuses. Je reviendrai. Merci

The property owners were sweet, but spoke no English

This is a charming and quiet place to stay in a great Clermont-Ferrand location. Fantastic breakfast and hospitality (our host was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had whatever we needed). Great to have a place to park off the street too. This is a really special place. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Clermont-Ferrand.

Clean room. Great breakfast done
