Best breakfast included! Fresh squeezed orange machine was self serve, so we had several delicious glasses! We are vegan, and there were plenty of options for us to eat at the buffet. Check in and out was very efficient.

The room although clean smelt disguisting as if there was a problem with the drains. We were told check-out was mid day yet when my daughter returned after taking myself to hospital to have a coffee and a shower, she found that we had already been evicted from the room as they were already cleaning. This was at 10.30 far earlier than mid -day, this was ironic as permission needed to be obtained to allow us to check-in 5 minutes early. Although the staff were very good the standard of service and the room falls well below a 3 star hotel. Will not be returning to hotel and if i need to stay i will be looking for alternative accomodation. Also, in the next room and the directly above this children were left alone and the noise,shouting out of the window way passed 23hrs was not what i expect and certainly not when i have an operation booked for 8 the net morning

Communs pas propre, surtout rails des portes d’ascenseur, jamais nettoyés. On a mis sur la porte la petite étiquette pour ne pas nettoyer notre chambre entre deux jours, mais elle a quand même été nettoyée. La douche pas pratique du tout, l’eau va par terre Petit déjeuner très bien, il y a du vrai fromage, des bons croissants. Par contre les jus de fruits, plus chimique et cancérigène je pense qu’il n’existe pas. salle petit déjeuner, s’il vous plaît, éteindre les télévisions avec les news, que personne ne regarde sauf les enfants qui sont attirés par les lumières et sont distrait et absent de la famille Écrivez moi en français s’il vous plait
