I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling.

Acceptable hotel for short stay

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

La réceptionniste n’était pas présente à l’accueil. Elle était injoignable. Le téléphone de la réception ne fonctionnait pas selon ses propos.le serveur du restaurant l’a cherché en vain. Temps d’attente 15 minutes.

Accueil de nuit, il a fallut insister pour avoir une 2eme carte d'accès à la chambre... Rideaux dégueulasses '! Lit très dur, lite planche de bois, trop peu compensé par un sur matelas qui apporte un semblant de moelleux. Clim bloquée à 22 degrés reste inefficace. Obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur l'autoroute. Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Pour un Ibis Styles, qui se veut le haut de gamme de l'enseigne, je trouve que la chambre, ai si que la salle d'eau, était petite et mal agencée. Pas de plateau d'accueil non plus.

Quite ou double

Quite où double. Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel. Au 3eme étage dans une chambre familiale très bien agencée, très propre et bien entretenue. (le seul bémol le lit d'appoint pour les enfants était peu confortable). Puis une seconde fois à 10jours d'intervalles, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir une chambre (au 2eme) vétuste, joints de la douche à refaire intégralement, odeur d'urine toute la nuit, (fuite ?), rideaux noirs, taches sur la Literie, ongles sur la moquette. Pour le même tarif la prestation n'est pas du tout équivalente.
