「We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi.」

「Never make a booking from this account. You will not meet the owner of the room, he will tell you to cancel your reservation and rebook with a higher price again. This happenned on 11th April 2024. Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. He never came because he knew last minute cancellation will make him get the money and he has already booked the...

「This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY」

「　ほぼ新築物件で､いわゆるデザイナーズアパートであるけれど､デザインに凝るあまり使いにくさが目立つ。 　まず、ワークスペースとして使えるテープ周りに電源がない、テレビはアンテナ接続がなくYouTube等を自分のアカウントで見る以外使えない。 　さらに､キッチンと洗濯機はあるけれど洗剤はないので買ってこなければならない。 　一応駐車場ありとなっているけれど､路上駐車のみ。駐車の際にスタッフが立ち会ったけれど、何も合図しないため少しぶつけた。 　最後に､コーヒーカップを割ったら１２００円取られた。少し高すぎる気がした。」
