「Clean room with good breakfast」

「Excellent」

「When asked if we could have an extra pillow, they told us they were four in the room. The room only had three. We asked for an extra blanket on an open hotel and they said they didn’t have any. They offered us a sheet. The housekeeper started knocking on our door at 8 AM when checkout wasn’t until 11. They woke us up twice to clean a room that was paid for until 11. They put a hold on my card not only for the deposit but an additional $72 unknown charge for over seven days. We will not be...

「Nice staff. Clean room.」

「Not impressed, kinda skimpy on towels and washcloths and had our neighbors smoking in the stairwell not to mention the a/c unit was struggling mightily to keep the room cool, won’t stay there again anytime soon.」

「probably should have left 5 but they were remodeling and there was no water pressure in the shower.」

「Room was clean and spacious; staff was courteous and helpful」

「There was a roach crawling on the dresser and the front desk said .. they are coming in from outside. We are having it sprayed every other week. So they knew there was a problem」

「Clean room, awesome breakfast, and the staff are super friendly and helpful!」

「班车服务挺好的，可惜就是晚上结束太早，打车到酒店没多少距离，却被要了20美元」

「Housekeeping was great, staff was really friendly, breakfast was fine, the usual food. Love the location and restaurants in the area, really walkable.」
