「Lovely room, airconditioning was already on, which was lovely when it was so warm outside. Bed was super comfy. Everything was clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. There was a lovely welcome note on the bed on arrival 」

Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.」

「離車站走路十分鐘，逛街很方便，房間有拖鞋，熱水器，服務員人很好，離巴士站很近，建議要去小孩堤防可以從巴士站坐車，車程約ㄧ個半小時。上車買票來回12元。可以跟櫃檯要烏特勒支地圖」
