「Room itself is quite fine! 」

「Great location. I recommend getting the superior room with the canal room. But make sure you don’t get the 4th floor as it has “half windows”. We got a room in the second floor and it was big, clean, very comfortable bed! The staff is super helpful. I really recommend it!」

「The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. 「Decor could do with updating in the bedroom area and bathroom 」

「This room was extremely conveniently located: a few minutes to the tram and the train, a few minutes to the Jumbo grocery store. There is AC which was a huge advantage during the heat wave. There are two sets of washer/dryers on the 1st floor. Building is usually quiet. Communication very quick on whatsapp. Loved our stay!」

「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」
