Excellent selection for a week of travel. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel as well as the free breakfast. The access to public train, tram and bus transit is excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The lobby was comfortable and inviting at night.

The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station which was perfect! Took less than 30 minutes to get to Amsterdam centraal. The breakfast was great and reception staff (especially Gloria) were lovely! Will definitely stay again. If you are going to a show at AFAS Live, this is the perfect hotel to book as it’s a 4 minute walk to the stadium

An excellent hotel in every respect—cleanliness, location, and, above all, the staff. They offer a professional approach to every guest, providing assistance and comprehensive information whenever needed. The reception team deserves special mention, particularly Izabella. There is no better hotel in this price range in Amsterdam.

An excellent location, right next to the metro station. Clean rooms and wonderful hotel service. The service was particularly professional right from the moment of check-in. Izabella provided exactly what every tourist should receive upon arriving in a new place: reliable information about the hotel and tips to help navigate the area. Izabella did a wonderful job. We saved a lot of time by following her advice.

Bright room with full glass window; The sofa is transformed into a bed since we asked for it; Very friendly staff, especially the Italian gentlemen at the breakfast! He brought gifts to children at breakfast by telling them a short story apparently created by him; Connecting to the point that the hotel is child friendly because of the gift mentioned above; The breakfast is good enough for us. Continental breakfast/english breakfast with juices, coffee, fruit Jogurt, waffles, … I don’t think the breakfast is small like some other said; Complimentary luggage storage after checkout; Location is right outside the metro/train station; No noice during the night. Room to improvement could be cleaness at small details, like the iron paper box in the toilet in our room has quite some dust All in all, we are very happy of our stay.
