「The room was spectacular with bathroom being ye highlight. Beds were very comfy and housekeeping was very punctual and cordial despite it being the Christmas week. All the hotel staff had a very positive and good natured attitudes. Overall, we loved our stay and would like to stay there next time.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
