「Nice hotel we enjoyed our stay all the staff was friendly! 」

「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」

「The hotel needs an update, but excellent location and everything was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing special, but everything tasted as they should. The staff were really nice and responsive.」

「This was our second time staying here and we would again! They were super understanding when we made a mistake booking our room and made it possible for it to be fixed even though we booked through Expedia. Clean, convenient, great water pressure, and comfy beds! Our neighbors the first few nights were not very considerate of others late at night but that isn’t the properties fault. I will stay here again when I am in the area. 」
