I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four...

"the staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. "

"They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments."
