「Staff」

「The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

「Someone running in the halls hitting doors at 11:00pm at night, constant smell of weed and loud social gathering at hotel entrance until 2:00a. It was a miserable night, no sleep at all. Employees nice, room clean, breakfast sufficient.」

「Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable.」
