「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. 「This hotel was conveniently located, but there was not much going for it beyond that. The staff was polite, but did not seem to have any hospitality training. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only.
