-One of the mature (maybe at senior level) female reception staff member on the ground floor was not very professional. She assisted with my check-in, but I did not feel welcomed at all. When I asked for a map of the nearby restaurants, she only gave a brief explanation of the directions, which was not detailed enough and resulted in me walking to the wrong place. Throughout our stay, my family and I passed by the reception desk (ground floor) several times each day, and she never acknowledged or greeted us.
