"We had a fantastic stay and I’d recommend it. Check in was fast and friendly. Location is absolutely stunning, with great views and walks right outside the hotel. The room we were in was nice but a little dated , bathroom was modern with a great shower and plenty towels too. We booked dinner and that was top quality, breakfast didn’t disappoint but you need to pre order it as they explained it helps cut down on food waste. We hadn’t booked dinner and despite the restaurant being fully booked they got us in, that was appreciated. The staff were all very friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel . "

"Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The family room size is good, with a double bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for us with children. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected. The shower has excellent water pressure, but the space is small, especially for taller guests, and the curtain sticks to the body. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. The hotel is quiet, reception is not 24 hours, and we did not see much staff during our stay. Complimentary water was available at reception, but it would be more convenient if it was placed in the room on arrival. The tourist tax payment - in cash - was not clearly communicated in advance. Nearby restaurants shown as “open” on Google were mostly closed at lunchtime. A nearby kebab house was very good, and The Italian is highly recommended. Unfortunately, no breakfast was available at the hotel during our stay. Overall, suitable for location and budget, but cleanliness and communication need improvement. "

"Staff were helpful. Room great size. No where to hang clothes but didn’t affect our stay as we had planned to live out of the suitcases anyway. Breakfast had wide variety, sausages, bacon eggs, croissants and other danishes plus cold meats, bread rolls; cereals and yogurt and fruit. Check in was easy and quick. Peaceful stay and only 15mins via car from Europa Park. Also had a really good restaurant (Glas Hause or similar) next door which we and our 2 kids enjoyed a meal at on our 1st night. Would recommend this to families visiting the area."
