「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. 「Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war super! Der Kontakt mit der Rezeption war von Anfang an hervorragend – trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen.
Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.

「We stayed at Der Ochsen as we were visiting Europa-Park. The park was only 10 minutes up the road so very convenient.
Our room was absolutely spotless, modern and comfortable.
The breakfast was the best I've ever had with local produce and a huge variety.
The servise and host was amazing. She went above and beyond to accodate us especially as we had a large vehicle.
This hotel deserves more then 5 stars and i wouldn't higly recommend to anyone.

「De kamer had geen aparte badkamer - wastafel open en douchecabine met afsluitbare WC in de kamer. Alles prima schoon, met goede bedden en elektrische rolluiken, zonder airco. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt met veel aandacht en goed verzorgd aan tafel gebracht. Dagelijks schaaltje vers fruit + ei en alles naar wens. Het restaurant heeft een goede kaart, maar is beperkt geopend, en biedt geen lunch aan.
Het Weizenbier van de tap smaakte bijzonder goed.
