Delightful small hotel

Thank you for a lovely stay! The room was comfortable for our family, very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delightful! Many options, with fresh home cooking and a local bakery for breads. Excellent coffee maker and the nicest fruit salad of local and fresh in season ingredients I’ve ever had. Owner was helpful and kind. Thank you!

The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here.....

Sauberes Zimmer, perfekt gelegen für einen Besuch im Europa Park. Schade nur, das beim Frühstück die Brötchen nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurden. Wenn man dann etwas später zum Frühstück kommt, gibt es keine Brötchenauswahl mehr.

Het hotel is op korte wandelafstand van de ingang van het park gelegen. De kamers zijn net, het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker!

Dårlig indtjekning - ellers fint.

På vores bekræftelse stod der at indtjekning var fra kl. 8:00, men da vi ankom (efter at have kørt i 12 timer med tre børn i bilen) fik vi at vide at vi først kunne få værelset kl. 14:00. Det håndterede de ikke super godt og virkede meget fortravlet. Ellers et fint hotel, god placering ift. Europapark og god morgenmad.

Bei unserem Besuch hat alles gepasst! Wir konnten unser Auto in der Garage parken, Europapark ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem, unser Zimmer liess sich durch gegenüberliegende Fenster querlüften und die Hitze des Tages herausbekommen. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Im Innenhof ist ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken zu annehmbaren Preisen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und der junge Mann an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Alles super, Mega freundliches Personal und die Managerin hat Mega auf das parken des Autos reagiert. Frühstück war auch super toll es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt zum Frühstück. Und die Lage ist echt Mega man geht noch nicht mal 5 min zum Europa-Park . Immer wieder gerne ☺️

bien placé mais mal insonorisé

Arrivée tardive très facile , chambre propre et Spacieuse mais malheureusement des travaux devant l'hotel ont rendu le sejour bruyant. l'emplacement est top pour les voyageurs qui vont à Europa Park ( 5 min à pieds ) l'option " developement durable " (limiter le ménage et ne le faire que si les personnes le demandent ) n'a pas été respectée (nous ne voulions rien mais nos serviettes ont quand même été changées)

Hôtel pratique à proximité d’Europa Park. Chambre confortable et propre. Mauvaise isolation. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, pas de parking, mais ticket gratuit pour le parking d’Europapak. Buffet petit-déjeuner correct. Personnel sympathique

Miserables Check-in Erlebniss (Familie, 4er Zim): Zuallererst: Ja, wir hatten nicht gesehen/verstanden - dass man nur zwischen 08:00 und 11:00 einchecken kann (od. 24h vor Ankunft melden muss, wenn man später kommt) - unsere Fehler. (Bei Rust/EP zwischen 8-11 ckeckin - nicht ideal.). - Ankunft Fr.16:15 / Haus geschlossen, keiner hier. Tel. Hotel Arndt - niemand nimmt ab. Hotels.com app: Nachrichten geschrieben. Soll typischerweise nach 1h geantwortet werden (per Mail). Nie eine Antwort erhalten. - Nach 1h Tel. mit Hotel: Ob wir das Mail nicht erhalten haben?(nein). Sie kann uns nicht helfen / kann uns keinen Schlüsslsafe Express-Check-in Code geben. Wir sollen bei Hotels.com anrufen. - Hotels.com: Tel: Agent denkt sollten ein Mail haben (nein), Prüft mit Eigentümer/Fachabteilung (35min am warten). Gemäss Hotels.com mit Eigentümer gesprochen, suchen eine Lösung (jetzt bereits 18:30). - 19:00 Eigentümerin kommt, macht Checkin (nach 3h Warten im freien):Sie hatte nie mit Hotels.com Kontakt gehabt (Weder Tel. Support / noch Platform Mails) (???). Wir sollen besser direkt buchen – dann kann so etwas nicht passieren? - 19:02 Mail Hotels.com: Sie konnten uns nicht erreichen (Tel. war nie besetzt/kein Anruf verzeichnet..). Sa. 01:00 Mail mit dem Express-Check-in erreichte uns im Schlaf... Also mit einem bischen gutem Willen und Serviceorientierung/Organisation – müsste das doch anders gehen? Kommentar Hotel: Wir sollen doch besser direkt buchen? Zimmer sauber/gut. Parkplatz:Strasse.

Wer in den Europa-Park Rust möchte der findet hier den perfekten Ort zum Übernachten. Nette Gastgeber, gute Unterkunft, 5 Gehminuten zum Park, zudem gibt es noch Parkscheibe für den Park vom Hotel. Hat mir und meiner Tochter gut gefallen.
