"Beautifully pretty hotel located in a cute piazza square with fountain. Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast staff. Air conditioners in lobby and rooms were great in 33 heat ! Great position for restaurants and cafes. Not far to harbour area. Room was amazing with Mountain View’s Great stay in a lovely country. "

The hotel itself is stunning elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or by the pool, the service was consistently flawless. The team anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile and sincere kindness. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel from the thoughtful amenities to the impeccable cleanliness was truly impressive. The food was another highlight. Each meal felt like a special occasion, with fresh, local ingredients and impeccable presentation. Dining here was not just a meal, t was an experience. "Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !! "

"Nestled into the side of a hillside, the views were spectacular. The restaurant and pools were wonderful. The hotel is big enough to offer all key amenities, but small enough to feel uniquely personal and private."

"The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning. It was the most peaceful & clean experience. The hotel was very clean , the staff at the pool & beach were so friendly. The service and location are 5 stars, the accommodationis slightly more "
