"When I got there, I requested an upgrade. I was then told my room was an upgrade and it was not what I consider an upgrade for the money I spent. The decor was old and everything in the room was dusty and old. I would not even sit on the furniture (sofa, chairs) because they were cloth or velvet and were not clean to my standards. My husband had to reclean the entire room with clorox wipes. We also had to get someone to come in vacuum the room because of all the food and crumbs that were found in the cloth chairs. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in as far as cleanliness in las Vegas. "

"I had to pay for a resort fee, which didn’t include the activities in the hotel. Also, there was no microwave offered in the rooms. The rooms look old-fashioned."
