"I arrived and they sold my room. Had to get another room elsewhere in the middle of the night.
From what I saw, the property was rough. Bad area. Had lots of drug assocs hanging out outside of the place and it did not feel like a safe environment "

"The Venetian never disappoints! This was my 4th time here and most likely not my last. The Bouchon bakery in the lobby helped me start my day with coffee and pastry everyday. It truly was a luxurious stay. "
"The shark tank slide and pool was soo cool! Check in was easy with self serve kiosks, the room had a great view of the pool.
We needed to request an extra bed sheet and the room service lets you text what you need, they delivered the extra sheet right away.

"The property is amazing and very clean. The staff except for the bell man were great. They won’t allow you use of the luggage carts unless you call for service and then they expect a tip. Housekeeping is daily and they do a great job.
The surrounding area is horrible and it’s far from the central strip on the north side. The streets are covered in graffiti and homeless drug addicts. Do not walk around after dark. "
