"Well initially the hotel was great then it went downhill after I had a shower and the door wouldn’t open and as I always take my Mobile into the bathroom I was able to call reception and they promptly sent staff up to try and get the door open but it proved to be too difficult so they told me to stand away from the door and they had to kick the door down so I could get out of the bathroom within a few minutes they duty manager came up and helped me pack everything up and moved me to another room and they provided me with free breakfast and a voucher to use at any of their hotels but I did find it amusing that the bathroom door broke"
