「Room was nice , we were disappointed we had to cross the street to get to the beach, that was not in any description」

「One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. I had to make my 5‑year‑old vomit after tasting it and realizing the spoiled taste. The milk was expired and curdled. They did not have anything else. We didn’t expect a fancy breakfast, but whatever is provided should not be expired or risk someone’s health. 「I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others.」

「The pictures are probably 20 years old, the larger bedroom was musty and smelled awful. The property is right on the beach though and hot tub was actually hot so that made up for it. Thoroughly enjoyed the band at the drunken parrot tiki bar and while it took forever the food was actually really good.」

「So while we were staying a pool and hot tub were down and there was only one area left. The room was clean minus some hair left on the bathroom sink. I thought we were getting an ocean view room but that was my own fault for not double checking prior to booking. The staff are all excellent and will do anything to help you out!」
