「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「On February 20, when I made the reservation, I asked if I could please have a 1st floor room. I never received a response. When I checked in last Thursday, Samuel at the front desk, who was very nice, looked up my reservation and said there was a note to charge me $10 per night. 「This Hampton Inn is just down the street from Archie’s. It can get loud with motorcycles zooming by at night. The room was pretty clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. 」

「Nice, clean room. Great view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, just didn’t have time to do any cooking. Check In and Out was fast and problem free. 」

「Last minute booking and usually do not stay at beach inns. Check in was frustrating due to lecture on parking which can be scarce. Noise level Saturday night was excessive and walls must be paper thin. My wife had a couple of things missing and I can't recall when we have had any concerns about items at risk of being taken. The facility is very clean and the location is great.」

「I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.」
