Very good location, nearby all Fukuoka city attractions within walking distance. Clean and spacious room, a great stay. Wouldn’t recommend for older people as there are high ladders to some bedding areas.

Quiet area still very walkable to the rest of town. Was nice having a little more space and a washing machine to use. Loft was comfortable and cozy for sleeping.

Okay but not very clean

We had a good stay here. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped, and is in a good location. However it could do with being cleaned better, there were multiple hairs and dust, and the microwave was covered in food and smelled bad. The WiFi was also slow.

The premises was just 10+ mins from the Nakasukawabata Station and just a few stops from the airport. Self check in on the pad at the entrance. Room clean and well equipped. There was a Familymart and a bbq shop nearby, just 3 mins walk. The ladder to the upper sleeping place need to be fixed as moving and a bit danger. The bath room is good. EXCEPT the washing machine is exteremly dirty, I have to clean it myself in order to wash my clothes..... finally, I didn't wash my clothes as too dirty to clean, lots of stains inside the washing drum. As a whole, the place is good to stay for 5 persons.

Kinda an unexpected score. We arrived right as Fukuoaka hakata festival was going on. There was a shrine carrier base set up nearby who would shout and chant as the event went on. We were able to see them marching the streets in the morning and celebrate in the evenings. It was truly an experience to remember for a lifetime. It's in a suburban area so, expect locals and quietness. I really click with this place and so I'll def consider rebooking again! 😎

근처에 패밀리마트가 있어요. 도심하고 살짝 떨어져있지만, 10분정도 거리이기 때문에 크게 불편하지는 않고, 간단히 음식해먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 이불커버가 있긴했지만, 패드가 좀 지져분했어요. 방음시설이 잘되지는 않았지만, 가족단위로 크게 불편함 없이 만족했습니다.

駐車場、コンビニも近くとても静かで良かった。もう少しホテルの位置が分かりやすかったら迷わないかも。駐車場の道を挟んで左側すぐです。 残念だったのは、チェクイン用のタブレットの充電ケーブルが外れていた為、充電するまで、15分ほどチェクインが出来なかった。暑かった〜

Tesisin konumu, temizliği ve sunduğu imkanlar genel olarak iyiydi. Ancak yataklar oldukça sert ve rahatsızdı. Kanepeyi açtığımızda ortasının hiç temizlenmediğini gördük, temizlik adına sadece bu rahatsız ediciydi.

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkinder da. Sehr geräumig. Check-In unkompliziert. Küchenausstattung minimal. Betten waren sehr hart. Dünner Futon auf Vinylboden. Wohnzimmer Sofa ungemütlich. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel vorhanden. Coin Laundry zum Trocknen fußläufig. Leider kein Aufzug.

만족스러운 첫 후기

무인으로 운영이 되었지만, 비교적 쉽게 체크인을 하고 편하게 생활하였습니다. 숙박세?? 이것은 생각하지 못했는데 2000엔을 체크인전에 추가로 내야해서 지불했고,, 시설은 깨끗한편이였습니다. 침구류도 여유로웠고 넷플릭스 유튜브 모두 시청 가능! 와이파이도 가능! 다만 수건류는 직접 세탁을 해야합니다.

以前利用した時に、取れない汚れでテーブルが嫌だなと思ったが今回もそのままだった。浴室の掃除が手抜きに思えた。前泊者のゴミが洗面台に残っていた。浴室はピンクのカビが隅々に目立った。それを除けばまた利用したいです。

家族5人での宿泊でしたが、布団も人数分用意されていて快適に過ごせました。 近くにコンビニもあって便利だった。 部屋の隅やカーペットに髪の毛があったので掃除の面はもう少しかなと思います。
