"Good for families. Wish there was more floor space to spread out. No hooks for towels and only one pot for cooking. Full kitchen was a plus as was the washing machine. Great location and nice building. Would definitely stay again if I return to Fukuoka. "

"The room wasn't as clean as should be and the space for luggage was extremely limited. The area was great with delicious restaurants very close and good shopping within walking distance. The AC worked well to cool the room. "

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice.
Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated โ but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, โNo, we do not have that,โ or โWe do not provide that.โ
There were a number of cons as well. I had to wait exactly until 3:00 PM to check in;...

"I like the hotel because itโs near to a few stores and also really close to the train station, the street food itโs close, the staff are very friendly and nice."
"We had a great stay. We booked 2 family rooms and it was so nice to have so much space to open the luggages and have space to walk around. The breakfast was amazing too!"
"I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books.
Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine. "
"Breakfast was great and delicious. Close to Hakata station which is great also.
It will be appreciated if extra fee for the hotel stay will be noted during the booking. Extra fee is not expensive but still it will be great if the fee is posted on their website. "
