The hotel is within walking distance from Hakata Station, with several 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby. There was no noise from neighboring rooms, though we could hear footsteps from the floor above, and some noise from a nearby construction site early in the morning. Overall, not a bad place to stay, though the room is quite small. The property is unmanned, so check-in and check-out are self-service.

室内の空調は冷房・暖房使用しましたがとても快適でした。洗濯をしても、浴室に乾燥機能があるのでとてもよかったです。ドライヤーも風量がありよかったです。シングのマットが薄い為、身体が痛くて起きることになったのが残念。

たまたま会った清掃の方の対応がよく、わからない事も丁寧に教えてくれました。初めは隣や上の階の物音が気になりましたが、お互い様と思い割と快適に過ごせました。

주변에 다양한 편의점이 있고, 24시간 운영하는 마트도 있어 편리했습니다. 길건너 바로 스미요시 신사도 있어 아침에 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 숙소도 4인이 생활하기에 부족하지 않을 정도로 충분한 공간이 있었고, 잠을 자는 공간도 넉넉해서 좋았습니다. 단지 몇몇 공간에 청소가 안되어 먼지가 많이 있었고, 2층 침대는 소리가 났으며, 에어컨은 소리가 상당히 심했습니다. 수리가 필요할 것 같습니다.

5인가족 잘 머물다가 갔습니다 제공해주신 일회용칫솔은 너무작아서 9살딸이 다 썼어요^^ 전자렌지용 용기가 없어서 렌지활용은 못했고 나머지부분은 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다 2층침대및 복층구조 계단이 어린친구들 한테는 위험해보이는데 저희 아이들은 그게 더 재미있고 추억이되었다고 하네요 ^^

짐이 많은데 후기에서 엘리베이터가 없다고 하길래 방을 1층으로 요청드렸는데 1층으로 주셨어요. 번호키라서 카드나 열쇠 안들고 다녀서 편하고 주방이랑 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박하기 좋아요. 제가 있던 5월 말 기준으로 숙소 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 아침에 좀 시끄러워요.

博多駅からは10分程度、空港まで地下鉄利用しても30-40分とかなり移動には便利。また近くには、食料品を扱っているドラッグストアやラーメン、居酒屋、びっくり亭など飲食店があり楽しい場所です。

コンビニが近くにあり便利。ロイヤルホストも近く、朝食に使った。また、複数駅へ徒歩圏内で立地はよかった。部屋の広さは問題なかった。排水、布団関係はきれいで問題ないものの、冷蔵庫内に前の客が何かこぼしたのか仕切り棚がベタベタだった。除菌シートを仕方なくコンビニで買って最低限だけ棚を拭いて、基本、冷蔵庫は飲み物のみ入れて、全て外食した。あと、インターナショナルが利用していると思われ、部屋の臭いが気になったので、絨毯かカーテンにファブリーズを必ずかけるべし。

위치, 룸컨디션, 가격 모든게 너무 완벽했습니다. 겨울이라 온돌이 익숙한 한국사람들에겐 바닥이 춥긴 했지만 이층은 따뜻해서 아주 푹 잤어요. 다음에 또 후쿠오카를 가게되면 이용하고 싶을 정도로 너무 만족했어요

비주얼 좋고 세탁기에 욕실에 편의 시설은 괜찮음 다만 2층에서 샤워?인지 물이 배관에 떨어지는 소리가 1층에서 들림 (생활소리가 들리는건 아님) 웬만하면 여행떄문에 골아떨어지고 일정도 거의 비슷해서 신경쓰일 건 딱히 아닌지만 많이 예민한 사람은 참고할 정도 그거 말고 방음이라던가 외부소음 같은 요소는 없음
