Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony was a great place to relax. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, and Momoko was especially helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The location is excellent—right in the middle of the two main shopping areas, making it easy to walk almost everywhere.
A few things could be improved. The room entrances are accessed from the outside, similar to a motel, which wasn’t what we expected. We stayed in the three-bed room, and the beds were simply placed on raised platforms without being secured, so they tended to slide around. During our three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service—staff only replaced the towels and emptied the trash. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, the amenities were fairly minimal.
