Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Stayed in hotel for 6 nights. Staff is nice, room is clean, location is good that very close to station with free breakfast, overall the good value for money.
I liked that the hotel was close to Hakata Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok just a little out dated. Liked that there was a place for washing clothes. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very satisfying. Liked that we were close to all the shopping stores.

Across from Hakata Station so very convenient location to explore Fukuoka.
The hotel is conveniently located opposite to Hakata Station and subway with varieties of restaurants around the area.

Except for the facilities being a bit old, this is the best location.

I think the location was very good since it’s right across the street from Hakata station, however, there were many tourists (many were so rude & no manners) . Amenities were very minimum (toothbrush, shaver & comb only-no cotton pads/cotton swabs/body brush towels) . No microwave to use (or I might not be able to find?). Room was outdated.
Anyway, probably I won’t use this hotel in the future even hotel staffs were nice.
a dated hotel but very well kept for its age. conveniently located within walking distance to hakata station. breakfast is complimentary! and it's decent!
The Hotel was in a great location, close to train station and lots of restaurants/shops. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was a complete breakfast, not your simple bun and coffee.
It has a nice location, excellent service, sufficient room space, and good price. The only concern would be that the equipment and facility are a bit old. Hope to see it renewed and remodeled.
The biggest room (triple) we had stayed so far during our trip. Right outside the hakata station, just across the street. Free breakfast was great too. Staff are very friendly. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back again.
The hotel is right across from the station which is very easy to find even if this is your first time in Hakata . Though the hotel does seem a bit outdated but everything is still functional and clean. Their lobby has a library cafe where you could hang out while enjoying their free beverages and read their books (mostly in Japanese though).
