"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "Great hotel with a beautiful view of the Mt. Fuji! We were welcomed with a free upgrade, with a clean and spacious room! The buffet breakfast was also delicious. We also found that they offered free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station and Fuji-Q Highland so if you’re interested in visiting there, i highly recommend using it. I woke up to a beautiful view this morning and will be coming back again in the future!"

"Hotel is well ubicated. Just a mile from Kawaguchiko main train station. The room was very clean, friendly staff, and great view of Fuji. The front desk clerk Son, was very helpful with all the questions we asked, he gave us service with a smile and a loving heart. Made our visit feel very special.....Thanks! All the restaurants he recommended had top quality food. Son, is the personification of Omotenashi!"

"The room was great, and the view of the mountain was worth every penny. We had a poor experience with their free shuttle as we waited 45 minutes at the station prior to pick up, but the shuttle never came. We thought it was delayed which would have been fine, but after 30 minutes we called to check. We were initially blamed to have missed it, but we had photos of being at the the hotel shuttle stop way before the scheduled departure time. After requesting for some sort of compensation (as this wasted our time), we were given an hour late check out. "

"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."
