「La WiFi muy mala no hay señal hay hormigas por todos lados dentro de la cabaña y esta lejos del río pero si es muy tranquilo y además no te dejan poner música fuera de la cabaña solo puedes ponerla adentro」

「Good hotel for the price, my room was huge with a king size bed. The ac worked great in my room, got cold, which I was surprised because of the size of the room! Only thing was, it was on heat when I got in the room, don’t know why, I would think the ac would be on and the room would be nice and cool when you walked in since they know your coming.」

「Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..」

「This was a very nice unexpected treat. The room was up to date and very quaint. The ac in the room was ok but could use some maintenance but overall was very nice ,quite , and comfortable.」

「They charge my more money for the night because they said you guys paid less and I needed to pay more once I got there, I show that I pay the total amount and they continue to said that I needed to pay if I wanted the room, also they didn’t want to give a receipt or what they charge me 」

「This place was disgusting. They shouldn’t be allowed to have guests stay. Stained carpets, furniture, shower was gross. Toilet was dirty. Bugs! Did I mention bugs??!! It was so bad I left and didn’t go back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.」

「after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person to correct the issue. wont be coming back to this hotel. 」
