"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "We stayed for a quick sleep during our road trip, so we didn’t get to experience any amenities. Our family room was MASSIVE. Two floors, nearly 700 sqft, a shower/bathroom with double sinks, and two large powder rooms with toilet and sink. The hotel and room were older and the furnishings equally so, but everything was very clean and comfortable. Well worth the cost of our room. If we’re in the area, we would definitely stay again."

"I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. The central location of the hotel was appealing. The room and the bathroom was clean and modern. I appreciated use of the in-room safe. I did not have the breakfast (additional fee) but you need to sign up for this the night before. The person who checked in me did not tell me that I had to request cleaning the evening before. As a result, garbage was not collected in my room until a different staff person told me the correct protocol. The cord for the hair dryer was not along enough to extend over the toilet - I could be better planned. Like other germanic hotels, they do not provide conditioner, just body wash/shampoo. Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner. The body wash smelled strongly of eucalyptus, which I don't like, but other guests might like that aroma. All together, I had a good experience and would return."

"My brother and I were only in town for one night, and this hotel provided everything necessary for a great stay. We arrived before check-in time and early rooms weren't available, but the staff provided luggage storage which allowed us to explore the city and check off several things before returning for our room. They also offer a 10% discount if you choose to dine at the restaurant downstairs - which we weren't necessarily planning on but caved once we smelled the food from outside (definitely recommend snagging some pizza here!). Another nice option was their wellness area which has a fitness center, sauna, and pool. However, if you aren't used to a legitimate sauna, be warned - IT'S HOTTTT. We both use the saunas offered at our gym back home, but this one was a challenge to stay in a full 10 minutes. The feeling afterward was welcomed after days of logging thousands of steps. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone needing something convenient and comfortable."
