「Booked on the morning of as it was the only place offering accommodation for 5 in 1 room.. you get what you pay for basically, it isn’t the Ritz or the most modern place but it suited our needs & my 2 grandkids were thrilled to be in a bunk bed for the first time 😂😂😂that was cute. I had an issue with my key on the 2nd day but they fixed it quick smart, the young lady at the front counter was pleasant enough & even offered a smile when I was checking in. Thank you! 」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「Only downside was the bed was too firm for us, everything else was great.... Heads up - the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet & the shower door (glass) opens onto the toilet (needs a bumper/stopper) 」
