「Clean rooms and great customer service 」

「Everything was dirty, extremely wrinkled, or dusty.」

「Check in lady was nice, no phone number for front desk, no tv remote, cigarette burns in sheets. Clean but burned. Floor could have been cleaner. People smoking pot outside was frustrating. 」

「The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room...

「Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. 」

「The breakfast was an absolute joke I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog…. There were obvious illegal activities going on throughout the entire night, sketchy people just hanging out in vehicles in the parking lot, ultimately this is not a place you want to stay the whole city is disgusting and very very uncomfortable. I only stayed 2 nights and between those two nights I might have gotten 5hrs of sleep due to the fact I felt the need to constantly check to make sure my vehicle was not being messed...

「The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.」

「The outside needs some touch up and the furniture is dated but for one night stay the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were a little musty but overall a nice stay.」
