"I knew what I was expecting, a low cost place to stay in downtown Astoria, and that’s what I got so no surprise there. The room and staff were fine. Compliments to that. The facility was worn down and poorly maintained. The hotel was on the wrong side of the tracks (literally). Next door was, I am assuming) a rooming house or recovery house. People sat out back smoking until late. There were nicer places close by where I’ll stay next time."

"Very clean room, hospitality of staff was exceptional. There was some traffic noise. A nice addition to a standard room was half the closet was shelving."

"The room was very spacious and clean! The bed was super comfy! I think I got the best sleep here compared to other places we stayed. The area around the hotel had a lot of places that we visited, like Astoria Column, the Goonies house, the school where part of Kindergarten Cop was filmed, the waterfront, and Port George Brewery. The roof top deck was cool/having a heater might make it even nicer in cooler weather. The breakfast had multiple things to eat for a quick bite before we departed. "

"You can tell this is an older Hotel. The staff is Excellent! Our room was very cleaned but did have large stains on the carpet and the bathroom sink took forever to drain. I did let the front desk now this when we left. The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and not! Coffee was excellent! This hotel is right at the marina and it was wonderful to watch the ships come and go. After dinner we walked down to the docks where we could see all the wonderful boats. The location of this hotel is at the South Point of Astoria so if you wanted to walk the town you would need to drive in and park. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel was very charming, staff were incredible, the experience was great. A bit disappointed that the mineral hot tub mentioned with the spa service wasn’t operational and our shower supplies needed to be refilled but we enjoyed the view, the atmosphere, the bar credit and breakfast. Very thoughtful staff and comfortable rooms."
