So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location.」

「I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...

「The rooms were loud from the ambient noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep because of this. The property was adequate, but I’ve stayed at several properties in the Healdsburg area and this is significantly overpriced for what you get. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area. 」

「This is my second time staying at Madrona and it is such a gem! The property is stunning and peaceful, the art and decor in the house is beautiful. The rooms are clean and food is lovely.」

「We had awful experience We first got a room that reeked like vomit The carpet was filthy . We went to reception and got moved to a better room. Carpet was also dirty stained. Airconditiner did not work properly. Coffee maker also had issues. Beds were comfortable and towels clean. This hotel advertises „exceptional breakfast” , it is far from truth Coffee express machine did not work. Also there supposed to be a pool and jacuzzi. Aparantly they never had it there. Locals call this hotel...
