Nice rooms, great location. Team needs some basic service training as they tend to make simple situations difficult citing their “system” and “policy” limitations. They create frustration for the customer where it is easily avoided.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious and stylish. Really, one of the nicest hotels at have recently stayed in. Very efficient, albeit cool and aloof staff, helped with check-in and check-out. A smile would have been great on either end of the process to make us feel welcome. However, I do recommend the hotel. It has a great vibe and the location can’t be beat. Convenient valet parking included was a big plus.

The most perfect hotel in Healdsberg. So close and convenient to hundreds of wineries and in great location in downtown Healdsberg with tons of cute shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing and the room was exceptional! Will definitely be returning

Nice rooms, fun bar/restaurant on the roof, free wine tasting going on when we arrived and without asking they even charged my car so we had a straight shot home. Definitely recommend

Beautiful modern hotel with one of the most comfortable beds (hotel or otherwise) we've ever slept in. Visited in the off season for NYE and the hotel was perfect for lazy shopping strolls and access to the tasting rooms in central Healdsburg. Valet parking was a snap, and the room as gorgeous and well-appointed (we loved the dining nook - super cozy).
