Beautiful hotel in a prime location adjacent to the square in downtown Healdsburg. Every member of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartender and wait staff we’re all so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and also had friendly and attentive waitstaff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Not a boutique luxury of any kind. The hotel is dated, in need of repairs, renovation and uncomfortable bedding, odd decor. Very noisy in the morning from street cleaning, trash pickup and other cars starts around 5:30 am. Bathrooms on the other hand are bigger and were clean. Valet service person was great and very professional. Location is also great, but noise is for rooms facing the street. Staff at front desk were a bit cold and not friendly

Great hotel on healdsburg town square

Nice hotel, great location. When we arrived the desk staff was withering the abuse of a possibly drunk, nightmarish Karen and the staff handled her childlike tantrum with admirable patience and diplomacy. Hate to see people treated that way, especially in front of my kids.

A Great Stay in Wine Country for

The Hotel Healdsburg was a wonderful place to stay in wine country. The hotel was well appointed with excellent service. Our room was attractive and clean. It has a great location right on the plaza surrounded by charming shops—great for an afternoon stroll. We also enjoyed the pool.

Best hotel in Healdsburg

We came for a long weekend of wine tasting and bike riding and this hotel was the perfect location! Right on the square and within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The hotel is beautifully decorated with natural colors and lots of windows. Wine tasting every night in the lobby. Valet car service was included, not extra charge. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back.
