「I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. 」

「The drive way to the motel is hard to find and has potholes in it. The room was clean, although the blanket on the bed had a burn hole in it and the sheet was worn very thin. The refrigerator worked fine, along with the air conditioner and microwave. There were no safety bars for the bathtub/shower. It was very quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal and not diabetic friendly.」

「Staff was extremely friendly! If we needed anything,it was never a problem getting it for us. The kids of course enjoyed the pool, and we happened to there Easter weekend and they nad an Easter bunny there to give out baskets to the kids and take pictures with them! It was a great weekend and we will visit again!」

「Everything was excellent with the exception of being unable to use the pullout sofa bed. The matress on it was dirty, stained and smelled. Everything else was perfect best stay so far.」
