「Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.」

「We made a last minute decision to go to LBI on a washed out Memorial Day weekend. The cost of this hotel increased by $200 between clicking reserve and making my payment. $680 for one night was way overpriced, but we were feeling capricious and figured it was better than just staying home all weekend. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we had no problem finding parking across the street, the room was very clean and comfortable, though the wall-sized photo of people on the beach creeped me...

「We are on a 14 day road trip and my family loved this hotel so much they were sad to head to our next destination. The staff is amazing and the amenities are superb. They put postage on my children’s postcards and mailed them for us, that made their day. They have a free laundry which was so helpful and bicycles to explore the area. Everyone was friendly and kind and the rooms are beautiful… we will be back for a longer stay!」

「First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel The pile of snow was horrible.
