「Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.」

「We made a last minute decision to go to LBI on a washed out Memorial Day weekend. The cost of this hotel increased by $200 between clicking reserve and making my payment. $680 for one night was way overpriced, but we were feeling capricious and figured it was better than just staying home all weekend. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we had no problem finding parking across the street, the room was very clean and comfortable, though the wall-sized photo of people on the beach creeped me...

「Muffin was the only choice for breakfast beside coffee/Tea/Apple juice. Confirmation stated that check in at 4 pm and check out at noon but someone knocked at the door and stated that we need to check out at 11:00 am , reason was unknown . However according to the confirmation paper we checked out at 12:00 pm. Front desk staffs were nice.」

「We are on a 14 day road trip and my family loved this hotel so much they were sad to head to our next destination. The staff is amazing and the amenities are superb. They put postage on my children’s postcards and mailed them for us, that made their day. They have a free laundry which was so helpful and bicycles to explore the area. Everyone was friendly and kind and the rooms are beautiful… we will be back for a longer stay!」
