「Luxurious place, The unit was super clean. With washing machine and dryer in the unit … no need to bring a lot of clothes. Parking is the only downside especially when you have toddlers with you . 」

「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「One of the best Resort Hotels in the area for a mid range price. Staff are great! Have to Kobe beef burger at Euphoria. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. 」

「The stay was okay overall. The unit was fairly clean, and our group had a nice time. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The couch was ripped, the carpet appeared somewhat dirty, and we saw a few roaches during our stay. Additionally, the upstairs shower didn’t seem to be installed properly and made a loud, disruptive noise in the first-floor bedroom whenever it was used.
It wasn’t a terrible stay, but due to these issues, we would likely choose a different property...
