「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. 「A little bit far and less room service than expected」

「Our suite was BEAUTIFUL. Roomy, modern, clean...the view was to die for. The gigantic glass doors allowed us a direct view ISOLA BELLA. You def need a taxi to get you to the center or town or to the beaches- but we were ok with that. The pool was beautiful we beautiful views, and just what we needed after a long day on our feet.
