"When I arrived the bathroom sink in my room was not draining properly. I called reception and maintenance was sent up straight away, so while not ideal, the service to amend once I notified them was great. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the stay was great!"

"Really welcoming hotel in a great location near historic theatres and parliament. Easy tram access and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Loved the shower pressure!"

"A great stay as expected. Lines were a little long, checkin took almost 15mins and had to wait for a table at breakfast for the same amount of time also. That aside, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"The property is only 2 1/2 years old and the elevator system was fantastic. The gym and sauna/hot tub/swimming pool were all terrific and the hours great. The apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen . Location very convenient. All in all a great stay. "
