Perfect view of a beautiful beach.

What a great view! We stayed for four nights and had a great time. Loved the beach bars within few minutes walk. Would definitely stay there again.

It difficult getting extra towels and toilet paper. We had a group of 8 adults and when we arrived, there were only 4 towels in the room. When I call to get more towels, I had to argue with the receptionist just to get 4 extra towels. Not cool.

Overall our stay was great and the Majestic Sun property met most of our family’s needs We had easy access to the beautiful beach, pools and places to eat and shop. The view from the balcony was lovely but the patio furniture wasn’t clean and we had to wipe it all down. Our unit was not as clean as it could/should have been when we arrived -not terrible but there were crumbs and old food under a sofa which means furniture was not moved while cleaning and the kitchen sink area and bathrooms needed better scrubbing -so we bought cleaning products and cleaned things up a bit. The pool and property were clean and attractive. Parking and security were satisfactory. Our stay at Majestic Sun was pleasant and we would consider returning

I don’t like sleeping with someone else’s blood on my pillow. The couch was broken down and uncomfortable. The dining was next to impossible to access. It was not a good value for what I paid for a “once in a lifetime trip”

The Seascape (Majestic Sun) is great! Ocean view rooms and beachfront. We have stayed there twice and both times were pretty amazing. Restaurants with walking distance, a little pricey, but tasty! This time (2020) the only complaint I have is the condo itself, at night. The bed was terribly hard and only thin sheets and one thin blanket were provided. If you plan to stay here, bring your own blankets and pillow cases (at minimum). And thermostat was non adjustable. However, this was not our experience the first stay. I guess it’s hit or miss. Overall, the stay was amazing and we will return, just not to the same condo number.

The property itself is beautiful, the unit we had was awful, very dirty and probably the worst place I’ve ever rented . Very disappointed. Majestic sun #713 -A I actually went to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the unit .. very disappointed.

Everything was good...but I prefer desk service on the lobby, other than have to call then everytime I need something...the cleanness it was ok...but the dryer was broke....and they need to update it because it's too old

Resort refused to refund/reschedule - Hurricane

I was unable to travel from Houston, TX to Destin, FL on the scheduled date of arrival (8/24/2020) due to 2 hurricanes in the GOM forecasted to hit LA/FL at the time. Hotels.com and Majestic Sun refused to issue a refund or allow me to reschedule my family trip. Total amount paid to Hotels.com $1,157.98. Made several calls to Hotels.com and the resort in an attempt to reschedule and was denied a refund or option to reschedule.

Location was awesome. The bed was comfy. Getting into the place was a bit harder than expected. There were no clear instructions and it was confusing. Had to call multiple times before someone answered the phone. Each person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Expedia said check in was a 3, but it’s not. Check in was between 4-6, our rooms weren’t ready until right at 6.
