Before stay-had tried to get a very simple question answered on a cancellation issue between Expedia and the Property and was ping ponged back and forth multiple times (4 each) and no one every answered the question. I was hung up on by the property and both parties kept telling me to call the other- very frustrating.

Appreciated the location, the ease of checking in, the pool and patio area and workout facility. The only disappointment was the black mold on the very tiny balcony and extremely dimly lit bathroom.
