"Food at restaurants on site were great. I loved the fact that this place had everything I needed in house. The rooms were clean however you could hear the people next door. We were next to a noisy person who yelled at their kids often. We loved that they had music playing so that didn’t bother us when we sat on the balcony. This is definitely a place of you like action. If you are looking for a place to just relax in quiet space maybe look elsewhere. We will definitely be coming back next year. "

"The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever."

"Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. When the tide is low you can walk around the island and explore near the mangroves. The prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. Lovers key state park is less than a 10 minutes drive and has so much to do and see. Never very crowded. The staff are awesome and friendly. We will continue to go to vacation here for many more years to come. Simply the best! "

"Our stay was wonderful! Our rooms were new and large. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The pool was clean and fun. The Tiki Bar was a good time. The hotel is in a perfect location- so walkable to the beach and the restaurants and bars nearby. Plus free parking, right by your room! Great stay, definitely recommend. "

"I’ve stayed there with family many years before hurricane. It’s always been my favorite. The employees were very nice. Eddie at the front desk answered all our questions and always asked if things were going okay when we would run into him. Craig was another employee that was great, always talked to us to see if we needed anything. I was surprised how great the place looked after the destruction. They are doing a great job renovating it. They were still working on grill area but the pool was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet relaxing vacation. The kids loved the beach. They found lots of nice shells, even sand dollars. Even seen large blue crabs on our walk towards lovers key. We’ll be going back there for sure!! "
