This place was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. We had a problem with the air conditioner, they were quick to respond and moved us to another room within minutes. It was a wonderful location to the boardwalk and beach. Unbelievable how close it was for the price. I recommend this place and I will be returning in the future good job to the management and staff.

The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked very well. Mickaël helped us a lot during our stay. The proximity to the beach is a huge asset. The only thing that really bothered me was that I didn't have a cleaning service or a change of sheets and towels, but in general, it's a good place.

We showed up in the AM in the middle of August to find the thermostat locked, the room was 70 degrees. Came back at dinner time to change from the beach and the room was 78 degrees...still locked ( no one around, no one to fix it). I sat on the bed and felt every spring it had! Not King bed as reserved but two twins. Bathroom shower was fitly. You get what you pay for! Never stayed had to find a new place to stay.....costly when you have to eat the entire stay because the room is unacceptable. Not to mention...the neighbors....

Pros : - the microwave, coffee maker, the tableware was perfect for the quick meal before and after the beach - the beach is super close (1 minute walk) - great price to quality ratio Cons : - the AC is always on so, at night, it gets really chilly - the wall are thin, sound can travel form one room to another... To know before booking: No staff is present on site, everything is done through the hotel website/portal.
