WELL THE PLACE WAS UPSTAIRS NO ELEVATOR AND THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 35 DOLLARS ADAY FOR A BELCONY WHICH I STATED I WANTED IN THE RESERVATION WAS AN AWEFUKL PLACE TO STAY. HAD TO CALL FOR POTS AND PANS AND DISEHES. HAD TO CALL FOR SOAP AND TOWELS REALLY.

Property was nice & clean. Only things I would complain about would be the housekeeping & the location. Food places were at least 10 minute walk from hotel. Housekeeping never showed up during our stay to replaces towels or restock toiletries. We had a roll of toilet paper for 2 days & the same towels as day 1. I stopped one of the housekeepers coming out of the building & asked for toilet paper & clean towels. Not sure of her name, but she said she would return with the items & she never did. We did not leave a tip due to the issue. Overall, I’d rate the place 8 of 10.

The check in process even with 3 employees (friendly) was awful…..almost 40 min wait. The breakfast in morning was displayed in a very cheap fashion, and finishing especially on a weekend, at 9:15 instead of 10am. There should be “quiet” hours in the the center courts (patios) by 11pm at least instead of hearing groups talking loudly outside. Mattresses & sheets were cheap sponglike. Proximity to beach & parking was the ONLY good thing. Overall, cheap. Hopefully the staff’s response to this review is not the same exact “script” that they write on all others, instead take appropriate action to enhance the quality.

1. Limited parking – On our first night, we couldn’t find any available parking near our room. Everything was fully occupied, so we had to park on another street, which I believe also belongs to the property. We had to walk all the way with our luggage and kids to our room. Note that you’re charged an additional parking fee for each night, so if you’ve booked and prepaid for a room, you’d expect parking to be more convenient and closer—not on another “block.” 2. Room not cleaned – We stayed for four nights, and our room was not cleaned even once during our stay. 3. Included breakfast – The breakfast consisted of very cheap products and wasn’t suitable for small children. Some of the dairy items were close to being spoiled—they already had a noticeable smell while we were there. 4. Overall condition – The entire property seems to be poorly maintained. The only positive aspect was the location—it’s very close to the beach.

Only good thing about this place was its location, the hotel is part of Hollywood beach hotels there is like 20 of them. The staff at the front desk were rude and understaffed, trying to get answers and any help nearly impossible. The breakfast clerk was mean, rude and their continental breakfast consist of only dry cereal, bagels, bananas and trying to feed so many guest at once made the area very crowded. Parking per day not included and they charge a lot for late checkout And the kitchenette is not furnished you need to call to get utensils or cooking wear, but trying to get someone on the phone or going into office again impossible and having to deal with the rudeness not worth it.

When i arrived my room was ready early but it was not clean. I do own a cleaning business so its the first thing i see. I was going to handle it myself until i found a big bundle of hair on the shower wall and that indicated it had not been cleaned. I went to the front office and they were very understansing and accomodating in fixing the issues. The water pressure is terrible in the shower and it takes a long time to get hot. The locarion is perfect as its close ro rhe beach and all the restairants and attractions. We did not have a car and walked to all the things we wanted robsee and do. It did say on expedia where i booked the room we would not pay until we left but that was not true. We had ro pay upon arrival. There is a 100.00 deposit which was indicated on the information that should be returned. Parking is not free at this location but is at others. Parking is minimal. There are no utensils, plates or other items in the kitchen (can opener, forks, cookware) but there is a small area ro cook. There was no hair dryer but they brought one upon request. They only clean the rooms every 3 days and when they came they did not clean and we had to request cleaning again. After 3 days the floors are covered in sand and you are out of towels and wash cloths. There are no beach towels or chairs in the rooms. And purchasing them is an expense. There is great entertainment at the local bars and they have a stage near Margaritaville where bands play in the evening.
