Very Disappointed

This hotel was very disappointed. The food choices was very limited with no hot meals. Website stated hot breakfast would be provided. Only dry bread was available for breakfast. No teabags were available or items for hot tea. Normally hotel with breakfast would have everything laid out at the breakfast area. The room was very small and not as shown on website.

I didn't stay there on 10/13 because the property was closed. Expedia has not issued me a refund of voucher coupon. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at Ft Lauderdale Airport - booked through Expedia. I also have a Hotel charge of $109.89 that shows on my credit card bill. I have no idea what that's for.

Didn't like much! 1- Why do you have to pay CASH and no use credit card for snacks and soda purchases! 2- Breakfast area was not clean and service was poor. 3- Service from cruise port to hotel, which I purchased at your hotel, know it isn't Ramada's service, waited over 1 hour for pick up. Doesn't reflect well on Ramada. Called desk several times and customer service stated that them couldn't help me. Called again about food delivery and told me to pick up brochures in lobby. Will not return to this hotel again.

Ok for a 1 night stay before cruise. Nothing near this place. Breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, had to wait 20 mins in line to make a waffle. No bagels, muffins, No sausage, bacon or yogurt, or any of the normal things. They only had corn flakes, bread, scrambled eggs and the waffles if you waited. Coffee & apple juice. There was no shuttle service as stated except to and from the airport. Free shuttle to cruise port by another company.

Property looks like a motel, with parking directly in front of the rooms on the lower level. Surprisingly the rooms are still very quiet. The pool area is nicely landscaped. There is a bar and a pool table with threadbare felt and a large stain from a spill. Not much atmosphere, but the stay was inexpensive, and is convenient to the port for a cruise departure. There is a restaurant on premises, but we went instead to the nearby restaurant about 150 yards away. Food was good, and there are TVs to watch sports. I'd say this is a 2.5 star hotel.
